The 07-tendermint-95 client which connects Regen to Evmos via channel-44 has expired. In order to allow Evmos to potentially be used on the Regen Marketplace this channel needs to be active. We propose to upgrade the client from 07-tendermint-95 to 07-tendermint-168 so Evmos can freely flow between the Regen and Evmos blockchains.
