Big +1 on the new testnet: evergreen. Can we run the stablecoin allowlist (USDC.noble / USDT.kava) in parallel on it? A short rehearsal (IBC traces, fees, Marketplace buy/retire, circuit-breaker caps) would de-risk mainnet and line up real demand for credits and REGEN/USDC liquidity. If validators see downsides, happy to note them.
