gm Regen fam,
I’ve been reflecting on how we can continue to grow the movement, deepen participation, and make Regen Network more accessible to newcomers and veterans alike. One idea keeps coming up:
What if we launched a Regen Network podcast?
We have an incredibly rich and complex ecosystem, but it can be hard for folks to find the right entry points—especially when joining asynchronously or juggling busy lives. I believe a podcast could become a powerful educational and onboarding tool. Something people can tune into while commuting, walking the dog, or washing dishes—learning about the network, our purpose, and how to get involved.
Why a Podcast? Why Now?
-
Accessible learning: Imagine episodes that cover topics like ecocredits (in general), ecocredits (each one specifically), Regen Ledger, token economics, governance, marketplace design, validator roles, or the intersections of ecology and Web3. It would give listeners a way to go deep on specific topics on their own time.
-
Informed engagement: Instead of asking folks to spend hours digging through docs or chats, we can provide a narrative journey through the Regen universe—so people feel confident and well-informed when they step into conversation or action.
-
AI is ready: Tools like Notebook LM make it increasingly possible to generate high-quality, human-voiced podcast episodes with minimal time investment. We can combine AI narration with Regen docs, forum posts, and interviews to produce content that’s credible and engaging.
My Commitment
I’m excited to get this off the ground and I’m committing to producing six episodes to kick things off.
These will likely be:
-
AI-generated and edited using Notebook LM
-
Based on source materials from our community
-
Imperfect, but better than nothing, and something we can learn from
This is a lightweight, experimental project. But I believe it could immediately be an additive layer of our communications stack—bringing in more aligned folks and helping them find their way into meaningful participation.
What I’m Asking From You
If this idea sparks something for you, I’d love your input:
-
Do you think this is a good idea?
-
Would you like to support the effort in any way? e.g. help curate materials, suggest structure, provide voice recordings, produce episodes yourself?
-
What topics do you most want to hear covered?
-
What do you think a newcomer to Regen Network would most want or need to understand first?
- These can be big-picture topics or very niche and specific.
Here’s an AI generated Planning document to give you a little more idea about how this might role out.

Hi Christian, I like the idea.
However, for the general topics, how would a podcast better serve network participants than the content that already exists at guides.regen.network.
Beyond this “how-to” content, what topics are you interested in exploring? I think podcasts that discuss projects, and thus act as sales tools, could be effective.
Also, podcasts that unpack the new liquidity pools, and give users a step by step guide to engaging with them, would be helpful since they use different platforms than $regen token holders have used to date (ie the pools require multiple steps to engage with, so the barrier to entry is higher than just staking).
Good luck!

@Sarah_Bax Thanks for the comments. I agree that podcasts that give a backstory of each ecocredit project would be super interesting. (and I could make a medium post of the same topic.)
The goal with this podcast would not be to have “How-to” guides, but more of a educational/enertaining podcast that gives someone the back story of a particular topic. In fact, because we are using AI tools to create the content, I don’t think a How-to would be a good idea, because it could give incorrect information.
My goal is that we’re creating content that is enjoyable to listen to and leaves the listener feeling more informed and interested in leaning in to what Regen Network is doing.
At the moment, I am thinking that I’ll create an intro and outro that are added to each episode to welcome the listener and give them a clear call to action, like where to buy ecocredits, and where to connect with our community.

For serious fun, I applied to be an editor for the Naval podcast because of this post — apparently they use Descript.
Happy to script and chat it out. The public content videos we already put out could use a bit of nuanced guidance for conversational material.
If we want the podcast listened to by all groups, then it has to be like a sales pitch on the basic regenerative principles.
There’s nothing wrong with being educational to the point that it’s regurgitating what’s already in the docs — the difference is the conversational style that makes it known and possibly worth doing as well.
Getting a sense of others who are locked in using the product would be valuable too.
Thanks brawl…
I think you are right on two accounts above. 1) Each podcast should pitch the basic principles of regeneration and get people interested in taking action, especially via Regen Network.
2) The conversational stye is what’s going to set this apart.
I’m not planning to script out the podcasts. I just simply don’t have time for that and am putting this together as a way to automate a lot of the process. It’s not going to be perfect, but I think it’s going to be additive to what we already have out there.
