Add USDC.noble to the Regen Marketplace currency AllowList

Greetings!

LOA Labs validator would like to propose that the addition of USDC.noble to the Regen Ecocredit Marketplace currency allow list-adding it as one of the many currency options in which buyers/sellers may transact.

About Noble: Noble is an appchain purpose-built for native asset issuance in Cosmos and the boundless Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) ecosystem. Abstract
Regen proposed four major criteria for the analysis of any token applying to the Regen Network community (proposal #13):

1. Is the token in question a currency?
Answer: Yes, USDC.noble is a Cosmos native stable coin / cryptocurrency.

2. Is the token in question IBC-compatible?
Answer: Yes, USDC.noble is IBC-compatible.

3. Is the token in question liquid, stable, and safe to use?
Answer: USDC.noble is a highly liquid stablecoin native to Cosmos. USDC.noble is a fully reserved, dollar-backed stablecoin that’s always redeemable 1:1 for US dollars. USDC.noble leverages Inter Blockchain Communication (IBC) allowing it to avoid security risks often associated with bridges.

4. Does the token support a good onboarding experience for non crypto natives?
Answer: Yes, Noble.USDC can be purchased via Coinbase, Kado (fiat), Osmosis, by Keplr, MetaMask, and Ledger.

A YES result on the proposal will add USDC.noble to the allow list, represented by the denom:

bank_denom: uusdc
display_denom: usdc
exponent: 7

A NO result would not add USDC.noble to the allow list.

Easy yes, but which organization is going to add the steps to guides.regen.network?
Are there projects that want to list for sale in noble USDC?
Are there buyers looking to make purchases with this currency that have been identified?

Very excited to have Noble USDC live on regen. I think this can open up some new UX improvements.
