The Gaia AI and Registry Assistant vision is strong, but it’s still unclear how users will actually engage with it. Most posts explain infrastructure, not experience — and that UX gap matters.
Regen’s AI stack (Gaia + KOI + the Regen KOI GPT) already exists, but few know how to use it. For anyone exploring, try asking the GPT:
“Query KOI for [topic]” — it fetches verified data from Gaia’s knowledge graph.
Our focus now is UX — mapping user pathways and connecting them directly to Gaia’s tooling through the UX Convergence Workstream. We’ll contribute here or prototype our own ideal UX layer under the forum and GitHub repo to make Regen’s systems more accessible and intuitive for everyone.
(Note: we’ve used KOI to help construct these thoughts from a user’s perspective — we don’t have deep experience with every layer of carbon market accounting, but we’re focused on improving usability and clarity across Regen’s ecosystem.)
