Prop #61: Emissions Transfer #5 is up for vote now. This is a transfer of emissions from the Community Pool wallet to the LiquidityDAO, as part of the process approved by the community in Prop #54.  
This proposal is to actually make this specific transfer.  
It covers the range of Nov 26, 2025 - Jan 14, 2026.
